Estas estan fijas...y las de los avioncitos tambien:
De TZ-UK, de un experto en Lemanias:
"
An Explanation of the second plane.
The second plane hand on the pvd one is a 10-minute countdown, rigidly fixed to the other plane in the same way that the CET/GMT hands are fixed together. When you reset the chrono, the more advanced one sets itself to 12 and counts forward, and the one behind is at 10 and moves also forward, hitting 12 at 10-minutes later counting down as it goes.
It has two known purposes (that I know of). One, used in other watches like my Chronosport Chronosail, is for yacht race start timing. The other (more likely intended here and also featured in a later 5100-powered Sinn) is that it is the 10-minute timer to warm up engines for helicopter pilots."
